Alec Baldwin was handcuffed by police Tuesday after he allegedly rode his bike the wrong way on Fifth Avenue and argued with officers who tried to ticket him, NBC 4 New York has learned.

A law enforcement source said Baldwin was seen riding his bike the wrong way in the Flatiron district Tuesday morning and when police stopped to give him a summons, he grew angry.

Rand Paul threatens to hold Federal Reserve nominees unless his Fed audit gets a vote

Sen. Rand Paul threatened Monday to place a hold on three nominees to the Federal Reserve Board of Governors unless his bill to subject the Fed to an audit gets a vote in the Senate.

It's a replay of a maneuver the libertarian Republican and Fed critic attempted last year when current Fed Chairwoman Janet Yellen's nomination was under consideration.

A bipartisan group of Congressmen introduced a bill Monday that would stop costly first-class flights by lawmakers at taxpayer expense and force representatives and senators to fly coach.

"As representatives of the American people, we in Congress have a responsibility to wisely use the people's money," said Rep. Walter Jones, a North Carolina Republican, in a statement. "Members of the House and Senate should never secure their own luxury travel at taxpayer expense, but they especially should not do so when our nation is buried $17 trillion deep in debt."

I am happy to report that I finished grad school strong and will graduate May 16th with highest honors, having maintained a 4.0
average in each class.
This was a difficult task because at my school an "A" is 95 and
above! God gave me the skills and the grace to pull it off!
