A bit of advice for Republican establishment types: Stockpile your Valium for March 2016.

That's because the Republican National Committee codified a presidential primary schedule this month that requires Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada to hold their votes first. And Republicans from both inside and outside the establishment wing of the party say that calendar will provide a huge advantage to Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul and his legion of Tea Party acolytes.

The Federal Communications Commission will accept public comment over the next four months on its new proposed "net neutrality" rules. Special interests on both sides of the debate claim they support an open Internet.

What's the bottom line in this debate and how could the proposed rules affect Internet users?

I'd like to hear what Internet-savvy Daily Paulers have to say about "net neutrality" and how the proposed rules could affect the flow of digital information. Are the rules merely more unnecessary government regulation? Who will win and who will lose?

The Burger King national headquarters announced this month that they will be pulling their franchises from our military bases. Soon to follow will be Popeye's Chicken, Pizza franchises and the chain of barber and beauty shops which operates inside the gates of our military facilities. Reason? Obama's mandate that all companies who do business with the federal government pay a $10.10 per hour minimum wage.

WE LEFT Smudge Pot News breathlessly reporting on the Bundy Ranch situation, what was it about? Why did this happen? Who are the bad guys and who are the good guys? And why oh why did somebody let that kindly elderly gentleman get on national media to discuss race issues? Is this the real thing or is this a drill? What's a stand-down?

And then I went into a rant on the Utah action. 6 groups, no unity of message, here comes the militia again, OMG, WTF, how about some organization here people I mean seriously let's get it together...

Hello DPers. You can find me hanging out here every day. You guys are like family to me; my intellectual family. And I just love it here.

One of my skills and hobbies is doing photoshop work. I can edit and manipulate photos, add captions, create banners and logos... you name it; and I love doing this stuff. And it is something that I can do while I work my normal job without affecting me. And it would actually help pass the time while I am at work.
