Harvard Law professor David Barron is a former acting assistant attorney general in the Obama administration. While in President Obama's Office of Legal Counsel he wrote memos justifying the extrajudicial killing of an American citizen abroad.

Last year, the president nominated Barron to a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a vote on his nomination is expected this week. I am going to fight this nomination, because I believe Barron has disqualified himself from serving as a federal judge.

Pray for us!

I haven't prayed since the night my wife almost passed away from labor with my son. I am asking for you all to pray with me tonight in what ever manner you may, that my son will be well. I will not say more than he is not well in some regard and that prayers are needed at this time. I don't care if you are religious or atheist, agnostic or other, just think positive thoughts for my son that he may become better and we may figure out how to help him do so.

I love you all...

Has anyone else felt a shift in the etheric weather?

There is an etheric communication network that I am able to tune into from time to time. It is a sensory thing that there is no name for, or at least, I don't know the name for it. The name I use for it is "the ether." It is a field of some kind. The noosphere?

Here is how I would describe it: You know how right before it rains sometimes, the birds are all just going crazy? Chattering, chattering, chattering. And then all of a sudden, they stop? And all fly away in a big whoosh? And then it just starts pouring rain.

That's what it feels like now, in the ether. Like there is a shift coming. Or the shift has already happened, and we start feeling the effects. Suddenly the birds have gone quiet.

There can be no aspect of your daily life that's removed from politics. Now you will be monitored by your own children for expressing unapproved opinions. You'd better watch what you say at the dinner table, Mom and Dad.

First lady Michelle Obama is encouraging students to monitor their older relatives, friends and co-workers for any racially insensitive comments they might make, and to challenge those comments whenever they're made.
