MEMO to the U.S. Congress: Can we please just let the 7th Century fight with the 7th Century?

This tribal warefare has been going on since long before we were founded as a nation.

Don't these idiots like McCain and Graham think that our great founders knew this???

WHERE is it written anywhere in our founding documents that one of the responsibilities of the United States was to go around the world policing despots, tyrants and dictators???

It's not there ANYwhere.

"Ron Paul, Dr. Demento himself" by Michael Medved...

Posted: 13 Jun 2014 04:26 AM PDT

The day after Cantor lost, NEO-CON war-loving and Israel-first radio talk show host Michael Medved said that Ron Paul's campaign "proved that money can't buy elections."

It had been mentioned that Eric Cantor out-spent David Brat about 35 to 1 and lost!

Cantor (with help from the RNC and his rich GOP war-loving donors), spent over $5 MILLION. while his opponent spent around $150,000.

So Medved mentioned how Ron Paul (Doctor Demento) raised a lot of money in one day (Oct 2007) and yet still lost.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration has been quietly advising local police not to disclose details about surveillance technology they are using to sweep up basic cellphone data from entire neighborhoods, The Associated Press has learned.

This has resulted in police departments withholding materials or heavily censoring documents in rare instances when they disclose any about the purchase and use of such powerful surveillance equipment.

While this story is not new, I must have missed it back in April when it first broke and it is absolutely incredible. This is the story of Ethan Chaplin, who back in April was twirling a pencil in his seventh grade classroom in Vernon, NJ. One of the class bullies saw an opportunity to be a jerk and yelled: "He's making gun motions, send him to juvie."

Organic fresh fruits and vegetables tested in the past two years contained pesticide residue

by APRIL MCCARTHY | PREVENTDISEASE.ORG | JUNE 12, 2014

The most common recommendation made by health experts in the area of produce selection is to choose "organic" varieties for maximum health benefits. We trust organic label certifications because they are supposed to comply with organic standards set by national governments and international organizations. Synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers are not allowed in organic practices, but that's not always the case. Research by a Food Inspection Agency in Canada has found that nearly half the organic fresh fruits and vegetables tested in the past two years contained pesticide residue, violating maximum allowable limits for the presence of pesticides, the data shows.
