After numerous attempts to use restaurants and other businesses as a platform to promote gun control, MDA just got a taste of their own medicine. Moms Demand Action seemed to be demanding a little much on this Saturday afternoon as they approached management and asked them to throw OKOCA members out of the restaurant because they were "offended" by the presence of guns. |

About 5 months ago I set out to become certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I earned my accreditation and now doing what I love after I get home from work. I became a Group Fitness Instructor and helping people become more active and fit so they can have a better quality of life now and into their later years. Life is meant to be lived! Fast-food workers, union organizers and labor activists celebrated on the steps of City Hall after the historic vote with cake and ice cream provided by some local small businesses who joined in support of a plan that will phase-in the $15 minimum over the next seven years. |
