| Veteran With Concealed Carry Permit Shoots Back At Chicago Gunman Posted: 07 Jul 2014 05:37 AM PDT One of the spate of shootings that took place in Chicago, Ill. over the July 4th holiday weekend involved a veteran with a concealed carry permit who was forced to a shoot a man who began firing on him and a group of friends. The incident occurred Friday night, the Chicago Tribune reports. The veteran and three of his friends were leaving a party on the city's south side. When the group reached their vehicle, a container with liquor was sitting on top of it. A woman from the group asked another group gathered next door who the liquor belonged to and removed it. |

And while Bill was celebrating me, I think we should all celebrate each other every now and then because I think we (I, lately) sometimes forget how great the ppl here can be, and if ya'll are doing fight clubs maybe it would be a good idea to celebrate each other in between. For me it is Samantha. Today is 9 years for us married, 10 years together. She is my anchor. She is where the love of my world is focused. The whole world would be a different place without here. | Feds to bring in riot squads against illegal immigration protesters Posted: 06 Jul 2014 12:10 PM PDT HOUSTON, Texas--As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving. The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don't get dumped in their town. |
